Nogah B. Helfant, Esquire has concentrated her practice in the area
of family law in Maryland since the year 2000. Ms. Helfant is
frequently appointed by the Circuit Court for Montgomery County,
Maryland to represent children in custody matters.
Ms. Helfant has completed the 40 hour divorce mediation training
workshop prescribed by the Maryland Rules of Procedure.
Ms. Helfant is a graduate of the University of California at Santa
Cruz (B.A. 1991) and Suffolk University Law School in Boston,
